O'Connor releases new ad reminding voters of Drummond's Biden donation

John O’Connor For Attorney General Releases Digital Ad Reminding Oklahomans That Gentner Drummond Donated To Joe Biden

Tulsa, OK (June 7th) – Today, conservative Attorney General John O’Connor released a digital ad that will remind Oklahomans that Gentner Drummond donated $1,000 to elect Joe Biden.

Drummond’s donation to Joe Biden follows a pattern as he has donated over $13,000 to elect liberal Democrats, including candidates who ran against Dr. Tom Coburn and Jim Bridenstine, who later served in President Trump’s cabinet.

“It’s quite simple: Gentner Drummond donated $1,000 to elect Joe Biden because he’s a liberal who doesn’t like President Donald J. Trump or conservative values,” said John O’Connor for AG spokeswoman Amy Wenham. “While Drummond was busy donating money to Democrats, John O’Connor was appointed by President Trump to serve as a federal judge.  Now O’Connor is America’s most conservative Attorney General, and we can always trust him to do the right thing."

Gentner Drummond has donated over $13,000 to Democrats, including a $1,000 to elect Joe Biden. “Candidate Drummond has come under fire from his opponent, current AG John O’Connor over some of his past donations to Democratic candidates, including a $1,000 donation to Joe Biden in 2020 … When I posted the O’Connor piece, I did some cursory research on Drummond’s donations, and found that it was more extensive than O’Connor had mentioned. I finally found some time to do a more thorough dig, accessing records from the Federal Election Commission and the Oklahoma Ethics Commission to compile a complete picture of Drummond’s donations to candidates since his earliest known candidate contribution in 1999 through March 31st of this year,” Faught adds. ” (Tulsa Today, 05/29/22)
