U.S. Senate candidate Alex Gray announces campaign team


UNITED STATES SENATE CANDIDATE ALEX GRAY ANNOUNCES CAMPAIGN TEAM

Press release, Oklahoma City, OK (April 11th) – Today, former Trump national security official and U.S. Senate candidate Alex Gray has announced the additions of key members to his campaign team. Gray has brought on Chris Wilson of WPA Intelligence as Senior Advisor, Rory McShane of McShane LLC as General Consultant, Robert Aho of Brabendor Cox as Media Consultant, and Somerlyn Cothran as Finance Consultant.

Chris Wilson, Senior Advisor – Polling & Analytics

Chris is the CEO of WPA Intelligence, a research firm specializing in impacting behavior by integrating innovative predictive analytics with advanced statistics. Chris is also a native of Oklahoma with deep political ties and experience running campaigns in the state.

In 2016, as the Director of Research, Analytics and Digital Strategy for the Cruz for President campaign, Chris is widely credited for playing a key role in Cruz’s triumph in Iowa and helping the Texas Senator finish with the most delegates earned by a 2nd place finisher since Ronald Reagan in 1976. 

Chris recently directed the polling and analytics for Glenn Youngkin in his recent upset win over Terry McAullife in Virginia—a state that had not elected a Republican Governor in over a decade and that Joe Biden had won by double digits just a year prior. Rory McShane, General Consultant 

Rory has been involved in 75 electoral victories since 2017 at all levels of government, from U.S. Congress to City Council.  In 2020 Rory McShane was recognized by the American Association of Political Consultants as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” Consultants in the United States. Additionally, Campaigns & Elections Magazine awarded McShane one of only eight Republican “Rising Star” Awards.

Robert Aho, Media Consultant 

Rob is a partner at Brabender Cox with over 25 years of political experience. Rob is recognized as a pioneer in developing award-winning video creative that is targeted to every screen. He has developed ad campaigns for many well-known GOP leaders, including US Senators Todd Young, Tom Coburn, Governor Kevin Stitt, and several members of Congress. He is an accomplished advertising executive & GOP media consultant with a background in developing cross-screen advertising creative, brand repositioning, and crisis communications. 

Cothran Development Strategies, Inc., Finance Consultant
