New Stitt ad ties Hofmeister's record to Biden's failed energy policies

Just another reminder that a vote for that lying con artist Joy Hofmeister is a vote for Joe Biden's policies:

NEW TV AD TIES HOFMEISTER’S RECORD TO BIDEN’S FAILED ENERGY POLICIES
“Joe Biden is crushing the oil & gas industry and he has an accomplice in Oklahoma.”

Oct. 12, 2022 (Oklahoma City, Okla.) – The Stitt for Governor 2022 campaign launched today a new statewide television ad highlighting Democratic gubernatorial candidate Joy Hofmeister’s record on oil and gas in Oklahoma that mirrors the agenda of the national Democratic party and Joe Biden.

The TV ad starts with a clip from Joe Biden saying, “I would transition from the oil industry, yes.”

“Hofmeister wants higher taxes at the gas pump and she supported higher taxes on the production of oil and gas - threatening 90,000 jobs,” says the narrator. “Just like Joe Biden, Joy Hofmeister would be devastating for Oklahoma.”

Over the course of gubernatorial Democratic candidate Joy Hofmeister’s time in office, she endorsed and advocated for multiple tax hike packages on Oklahoma’s domestic energy resources.

“Democratic candidate Joy Hofmeister has repeatedly supported tax hikes on gasoline for consumers and on oil and gas job creators,” said Donelle Harder, campaign manager. “The same year Joe Biden killed the Keystone Pipeline and then called on OPEC to increase foreign oil production, Joy lined up to join his Democratic party. Gov. Kevin Stitt’s conservative agenda will place Oklahoma at the epicenter of American-made energy, and the industries’ good paying jobs, with low taxes and a level playing field.”
