David Hill files to run for Congress in 5th District

Conservative Businessman and Political Outsider, David Hill, Files to Run for Congress in CD-5

OKLAHOMA CITY — Today, David Hill filed with the State Election Board to officially list his name as a candidate for the U.S. Congress, challenging current Democrat incumbent, Kendra Horn. David Hill is a newcomer to politics, but he is eager to bring his decades of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, energy, and education with him to Washington, D.C.

“I’m excited to announce that my campaign has officially filed and will be on the Republican ballot on June 30th,” Hill said. “People are tired of sending the same politicians to Washington who neglect hard-working Oklahomans and serve special interests and political agendas."

When asked about his platform, Hill responded, “I want to fix Congress, fight for President Trump, and serve Oklahomans. I’m confident that my outsider perspective and business experience will help tremendously as we confront today’s challenges and bring common sense back to Washington.”

David Hill is the CEO and owner of MAR-K, the world’s largest manufacturer of over 6,000 component parts for classic cars and trucks. David lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, with his wife of 26 years, Shannon. They have six children, including three daughters, and three sons who all serve in the Army.
