Shannon, a former Oklahoma State House Speaker, is in the August 23rd runoff election with Congressman Markwayne Mullin. Both are seeking to replace retiring U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe.
Shannon's Muskogee town hall will be Thursday at 8:30am, at The Break, located at 310 S. 3rd Street in downtown Muskogee.
