OKGOP: We're primed for November victory

OKLAHOMA REPUBLICAN PARTY PRIMED FOR NOVEMBER VICTORY

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, August 25, 2020 – The chairman of the Oklahoma Republican Party said tonight the GOP is poised for a victorious November on the state and national levels now that the primary runoffs have concluded, and the presidential contest is set.

“I could not be more excited about the Republican ticket nationally, and in Oklahoma,” David McLain said. “The delegates to the Republican National Convention have formally nominated President Trump and Vice President Pence to a second term, and the overall contrast between the President and Joe Biden is beyond measure. All Americans have a clear choice, and there is no middle ground. Either reelect a proven, pro-business, conservative leader or a liberal, left-wing product of yesteryear. I am extremely confident Oklahoma Republicans, and many conservative and moderate Democrats, will turn out strongly to reelect President Trump, and maintain Oklahoma’s 56-year streak of supporting the Republican presidential ticket.”

“I am also very enthused about the remainder of our Oklahoma Republican ticket, led by our outstanding U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe. Senator Inhofe has a distinguished record of representing the conservative values of Oklahomans while being a stalwart for strengthening America’s national defense, aerospace industry and transportation infrastructure.  He deserves to be reelected, and I am very confident he will be.”

“It is difficult to reign in my excitement regarding reclaiming the Fifth Congressional District with our outstanding, proven Republican nominee, Stephanie Bice. “Stephanie Bice is a fantastic leader, a true Oklahoma conservative, and the candidate who will defeat Kendra Horn in November. All Oklahomans, no matter their party affiliation, deserve to know who Kendra Horn truly sides with. It is not the residents of the Fifth District. It is Washington, D.C. progressive liberals. It is Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, AOC and the rest of the left-wing elite in the U.S. House of Representatives. Kendra Horn must be held accountable for her record; a record which includes casting her very first congressional vote for Pelosi as Speaker of the House.”

“Finally, Oklahoma Republicans will certainly maintain its decided advantage in the Oklahoma Legislature because of our outstanding candidates throughout the ballot. The Democrats influence at the state Capitol has been declining for years, and come November, Oklahoma voters will continue to reject their out-of-touch, liberal policies.”
