Theologian to Phoenix City Council: make Phoenix a sanctuary city for the preborn
Dr. James White, a prominent Reformed theologian and apologist in the Phoenix area, recently went before the Phoenix City Council to deliver a plea directly to the elected officials: "Make the City of Phoenix a sanctuary city for pre-born children."
