Will Sonia Sotomayor become the next member of the Supreme Court? Most likely; with the large Democrat majority in the Senate, it is highly doubtful that Sotomayor will not be approved.

Although Judge Sotomayor appears to be very much a centrist, she has a tendency to trend towards judicial activism. She is actually on video talking about it. That worries me much more than the opinion she has already authored.
ReplyDeleteLook for Coburn to support her. After all, his good friend Barack chose her, and he's not a bad guy.
ReplyDeleteEven John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, bitter political enemies, were good friends. Coburn's friendship with Obama has nothing to do with how he votes, otherwise, I would be blogging about Coburn being an Obama rubberstamp.
