The first publicly-released opinion poll since President Donald Trump endorsed Republican candidate Mike Mazzei finds the former state senator (unsurprisingly) taking the lead, with Attorney General Gentner Drummond falling into second, and perhaps more surprisingly, former state senator Jake Merrick jumping into third over significantly more well-funded candidates, albeit a somewhat distant third. The same poll finds U.S. Rep. Kevin Hern with a massive lead in the race for U.S. Senate.

As I have said to several friends (and maybe here, I don't remember), somebody is going to come in 4th or 5th place in this race after spending $3,000,000 to $5,000,000+ of their own personal funds.
JMC Analytics then pressed the undecided respondents for which candidate they are leaning towards, and Mazzei had the most leaners. The combined result gave Mazzei a five-point lead over Drummond, and has Merrick and Keating tied for a distant third:
They also surveyed the race for U.S. Senate, in which Trump-endorsed Congressman Kevin Hern is really the only serious candidate. Hern has a large lead:











I'm so fed up with rino's & wimps on top. Jake Merrick shows not only integrity, but that professionalism we need as governor... Stop offering us RINO people who betray us ~ once they get in office!!
