Coweta, OK – October 30, 2025: Wagoner County Assessor, Sandy Hodges, announces her run for Oklahoma State House, District 12. House District 12 is in Wagoner County and includes the municipalities of Broken Arrow, Coweta, and Porter.
Wagoner County citizens know Hodges from her 15 years of service as County Assessor during which time she reformed the Assessor’s office, ensuring that fair and equitable appraisal methodologies are applied to each property. Sandy is known for her persistent promotion of constitutional governance, personal liberties, fiscal restraint, and accountability for all citizens.
Hodges' experience additionally includes serving as a Delegate to the Republican National Convention in 2016, 2020, and 2024; serving as Chair of the Wagoner County GOP and as the county’s GOP State Committeewoman; and serving as a high school instructor in both public and private schools for seventeen years.
Hodges for House Campaign Kickoff will be held at the Glass Veranda Forest Ridge Golf Course, Thursday, November 6th, at 7:00 p.m. Supporters and media are invited to attend.
