Washington, D.C. (December 18th) – As we reach the conclusion of Congressman Josh Brecheen’s first year in office, here are some of the top highlights of the year from our constituent engagement within Oklahoma’s 2nd Congressional District, in case you might have missed it.

By the Numbers:

• Total Number of In-Person Town Halls: 60 in-person town halls. Congressman Brecheen held 60 town halls throughout Oklahoma’s 2nd Congressional District including in Adair, Antlers, Atoka, Bartlesville, Beggs, Broken Bow, Caddo, Checotah, Chelsea, Chouteau, Claremore, Coalgate, Commerce, Dewey, Durant, Eufaula, Fairland, Fort Gibson, Grove, Hartshorne, Haskell, Heavener, Henryetta, Holdenville, Hugo, Idabel, Inola, Jay, Kansas, Krebs, Locust Grove, Madill, McAlester, Miami, Morris, Muldrow, Muskogee, Nowata, Okemah, Okmulgee, Oologah, Panama, Pocola, Poteau, Pryor, Ramona, Roland, Salina, Sallisaw, Stigler, Stilwell, Tahlequah, Talihina, Tishomingo, Verdigris, Vian, Vinita, Wagoner, Warner, and Wilburton.
• Total Number of Telephone Town Halls: 4 telephone town halls.
• Total number of drop-in visits and meetings with constituents, businesses, pastors, civic organizations, etc. by our field representatives in the district: 5,686 drop-in visits or meetings.
• Total number of speaking engagements by our field representatives in the district: 73 speaking engagements.
• Total number of satellite office days by our field representatives in the district: 10 satellite office days.
• Total miles traveled for drop-in visits, meetings, speaking engagements, satellite office days, and town halls in the district: 116,120 miles.
• Total number of commendation letters mailed to constituents in the district: 482 commendation letters.
• Total number of constituents and veterans helped by our caseworkers in the district: 700 constituents.
• Total number of speaking engagements Josh has done with chamber/civic groups/etc. in the district: 22 speaking engagements.
